What are the roots of Read?
READ is a response to the government's desire to improve the experience of children in rural schools and narrow the achievement gap between students in rural areas and those in Aimag centers and UB.

Taking time to discuss and clarify difficult concepts during the reading can prevent misunderstanding


 
READ will provide classroom libraries consisted of 160 books (four copies per title) for grades 1-5 in 383 rural soum and bag schools.




 
 
It will provide professional development to teachers in the use of classroom libraries and activities that build upon children’s literacy skills.
